Version 2.0.0

This release fixes some bugs and cleans things up.

The main reason this is 2.0.0 instead of 1.0.2 is the change from a
bunch of loose files to a directory-packaged module, as well as the
renaming of the module to its proper name. There have been no changes
in functionality, however.

Changelog:

- README now has API docs, as well as license information.
- Fixed additional arguments not being passed to `load`.
- Copyright headers now refer to Cratera Compiler.
- The whole module is a single directory now. Should make packaging
easier.
- Removed accidentally committed files.
